Advanced Reservations

We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment is available.

 

Cancellation Policy

A credit card is required to secure your appointment. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Failure to timely cancel or show up will result in a full charge for the scheduled service. We do not provide refunds for cancelled or missed appointments. All appointments booked online are not refundable. However, we will be more than happy to provide you with a one year grace period to reschedule your appointment if rescheduled more than 24 hours before your initially scheduled appointment time. By booking your appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Late Arrivals

We recommend that you check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrivals may mean reduced treatment time we have to finish on time regardless of time you came.

 

Payment Types

We accept cash, Opulence Glamour Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay.

 

Spa Etiquette

Kindly respect all guests' right to privacy and serenity. Please turn off all cellular phones while in the spa area and please keep voices to a whisper.

Guests under 18 must to be accompanied by a responsible adult.

 

Health Conditions

It is crucial that you disclose any of your health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment when making yourreservation and prior to your service. Opulence Glamour is held harmless for any information not provided to us at the time of service.

 

Cleanliness

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.

 

Pregnancy

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow us to guide you in selecting which treatments and services are most suitable for you during this special time.

 

Loss or Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

 

Product Returns

At Opulence Glamour, we stand behind our services and products. We strive to provide the highest quality, most-effective professional skin care products which are currently available on the market.  In order to providethe bestservice, we do accept product exchanges within 14 days of the date of purchase. No refunds will be given. Returned items are subject to inspection by Opulence Glamour staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, over 20% used or damaged. Exchanges that do not meet the Return Policy conditions will not qualify for an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for returned products. Instead a credit will be provided for any returned products to be used  on any products or spa services available here  at Opulence Glamour Skin Clinic. Purchased Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

 

Gift Certificates

Opulence Glamour Gift Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and are valid toward full-priced services and packages only. Gift Certificates should be used within 12 months of the date of purchase. Gift Certificates and Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Certificates must be used in their entirety in a single visit and cannot be combined with any specials or promotions. Opulence Glamour is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates or Gift Cards, no exceptions.

 

Memberships

Please note all the below terms and conditions regarding our Memberships:

  • All monthly treatments needs to be redeemed in the same month (between the first and last day of the month)
  • Unused membership treatments will rollover and can be used for 12 months – as long as you keep your Membership current.
  • Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance or the appointment is considered a used treatment.
  • Memberships and benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Memberships can’t be combined with any other offers.
  • Membership fee billed on 1st of each month. Your credit card and email address is required for participation in our membership program.
  • If we can’t process your membership payment by the 5thof the month your membership will be frozen and you will incur a $20 late fee. You will have until the last day of the month to pay your membership and late fee without losing your treatment that month. If the account is still delinquent by the 1st of the following month, membership will be cancelled.
  • Memberships are a minimum of three (3) months.
  • Membership prices do not include any applicable tax.
  • Opulence Glamour Skin Clinic reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of all memberships upon advance prior written notice.
  • There is no contract and here are no strings attached. We are confident that you will love your membership, however, should youdecide to discontinue, simply provide us a 30-day written notice after your first three (3) months of memberships and your membership will be stopped. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to: info@OpulenceGlamour.com.
  • As of the effective date of a cancellation, any unused rollovers expire.
  • Any discounted membership gift cards may not be used by a member any time during or after the cancellation of membership.
  • Memberships may be placed on hold for a fee of $15/month. Requested should be emailed to: info@opulenceglamour.com by the 1st day of the month.

Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.

Right of Refusal

Opulence Glamour Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.

If for any reason we fail to meet your expectation with any of our salon or day spa services, we kindly ask you to inform us within 24 hours of your service.
